- Onsite Track Easy Competencies report from Onsite Track Easy.
The following can NOT be accepted:

- Result must be: YES 100 percent correct

- Onsite Track Easy Competencies report from Onsite Track Easy.
- Theory Assessment or Site Authorisation
  All assessment pages within upload
  Matching competency name and code (if with checkbox, this should be completed)

- Tick box for Non-area personnel must be completed
- Applicant name, company name, signature and date

  - The result must show that the applicant is competent
