Signed Training Contract - AASN - Australian Apprenticeship Support Network

  • Uploaded evidence must be: Apprenticeship / Traineeship Training Contract

This evidence shows "This contract must be completed with the assistance of an Apprenticeship Network Provider. This is a free service" under the document heading.

  • Other forms of apprenticeship/ traineeship enrollment evidence such as a letter from the department of training confirming the apprenticeship or a copy of the training plan cannot be accepted; Signed training contract is the only acceptable evidence for this requirement.
  • Applicant (Apprentice / Trainee) name to be shown on documentation
  • Applicant name on paperwork must match the name of the registered applicant in the system
  • Contract must be signed by each of the following:
    • Employer Representative
    • Apprentice / Trainee
    • Apprenticeship Network Provider

Note: Electronic signatures are acceptable

  • All pages of the document must be included within the uploaded file
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

Issue Date = Dated listed against 'Commencement date of Apprenticeship/Traineeship'

Expiry Date = Issue Date + 'Nominal term of Training Contract'

  • Applicant (Apprentice / Trainee) name to be shown on documentation
  • Applicant name on paperwork must match the name of the registered applicant in the system
  • Contract must be signed by each of the following:
    • Apprentice / Trainee
    • Apprenticeship Network Provider
