Electrical.Licence.Electrical Licence - HV Cable Jointing

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system

• Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority such as: Queensland Government

• Licence must indicate that it relates to Unrestricted Electrical work and show an indication of Joining / Jointer

• Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file

• Issue Date: Only enter this if there is one displayed on the licence

• Expiry Date: Enter this as it is shown on the licence

Electrical.Licence.Restricted Electrical Work Licence - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system

• Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority such as: Queensland Government

• Licence must indicate that it relates to RESTRICTED Electrical work and show an indication of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

• Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file

Note- Full electrical licence accepted if accompanied in the role with an ARC accreditation 

• Issue Date: Only enter this if there is one displayed on the licence

• Expiry Date: Enter this as it is shown on the licence

Electrical.Licence.Restricted Electrical Work Licence - Instrumentation and Process Control Devices

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system

• Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority such as: Queensland Government

• Licence must indicate that it relates to RESTRICTED Electrical work and show an indication of Instrumentation and Process Control Devices

• Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file

Note- Full electrical licence accepted 

• Issue Date: Only enter this if there is one displayed on the licence

• Expiry Date: Enter this as it is shown on the licence

Electrical.Licence.Trade Licence - Electrical

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system

• Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority such as: Queensland Government

• Licence will show that it is an Electrical Work Licence

• Licence must be unrestricted

• Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file

• Practitioner’s Licences issued by the Department of Justice are accepted.

• Practitioner’s Licences are not required to quote the type of trade and only the front is required

• A licence extract or extract from database can be accepted

• Issue Date: Only enter this if there is one displayed on the licence

• Expiry Date: Enter this as it is shown on the licence

Electrical.Qualified.HV switching qualification

• Applicants name must be displayed on the licence as it is shown in the system (however shortened versions of first names are acceptable such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher')

• Evidence must show each of the following units of competency:

  • UEPSS00007 or equivalent

  • UEPOPS349 –Operate local HV switchgear

  • UEPOPS357–Operate local LV switchgear

  • UEPOPS428 –Develop HV switching programs

  • UEPOPS430 –Control permit to work operations

  • UEPOPS456 –Perform switching to a switching program

  • UEPOPS525 –Co-ordinate and direct switching program

NOTE: High Voltage Refresher Course – UETTDREEFO9B can be approved in place of HV switching programs - UEPSS00007 

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Issue Date: Date of Course Completion

• Expiry Date: 2 years from the date of course completion

• 1 page RTAY Validation of Electrical Tooling Form to be supplied. A copy of form is downloadable from within supplier portal.

• The evidence must show:

  • Worker name

  • Company name

  • Signature

  • Date of signing

Issue date = Date of signing

Expiry date = 5 years from issue date

Operator Qualified RTAY C2 Electrical Hazard Awareness WBT

• First and last name must match applicant's name in Onsite

Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as:
