Flooring.Certificate III.Flooring Technology

• Applicants name on the document must match name in the system (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

• Samples of Accepted document types:

  • Certificate of Proficiency

  • Certificate of Completion

  • Certificate III or equivalent

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

• Samples of Accepted Course Titles / Coding:

  • Certificate III in Flooring technology (Resin)

  • Certificate III in Flooring technology with electives in Resin

• Must be an Australian issued qualification - international qualifications are not accepted

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

Issue Date = Date of completion
Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered
