Vibration Data Analyst.-.Vibration Analysis - Level 1

• Applicants name on the evidence must match with what is shown in the system (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

• Evidence will demonstrate certificate as a level 1 vibration analyst

• Evidence will be issued by a vibration specific training company such as Vibration institute of Australia or

• Overseas qualifications will be recognised internationally, including Australia, if accredited from either of these below:

   

  • ANAB - ANSI National Accreditation Board

  • Mobius Institute of Board of Certification

• Issue Date: As shown on the evidence

• Expiry date: 50 years from issue date

RTAY Manual Handling/Vibration Awareness

• Applicants name on the document must match the name in the system (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

• Accepted form of evidence will be a Record of Completion

• Must show unit of competency as it is shown on the system

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Issue date – as shown on the evidence

• Expiry date – record 3 years from issue date
