Passport 

  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name 

  • Photo displayed on the ID must match the applicant’s photo in Onsite 

  • Passport must be valid 

  • Must be issued by relevant Government Authority

  • International Passports can be accepted

  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted 

  • Must be clear and legible 

Issue and Expiry date to be recorded within Onsite as reflected on Passport 
 

 

Proof of Age / Photo Card 

  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name 

  • Photo displayed on the ID must match the applicant’s photo in Onsite 

  • Valid Proof of Age OR Photo Card to be uploaded 

  • Must be issued by relevant Government Authority 

  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted 

  • Must be clear and legible 

A digital copy is accepted providing the following information is displayed:

  • Clear photo of the applicant

  • Applicants first and last name

  • Date of Birth

  • Card Number

  • Expiry date

For Proof of Age Card: No expiry date is shown on the evidence therefore no expiry can be input to the system

For Photo Card: Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on card  

ImmiCard 

  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name 

  • Photo displayed on the ID must match the applicant’s photo in Onsite 

  • Australian Government Immi Card to be uploaded 

  • Must be clear and legible 

Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on card
