RMS Regional Maintenance Worker on Foot 

  • Applicants name shown on certificate/card must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)

  • Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate 

  • Three [3] year expiry on certificate  

 

Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) Certification 

  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)

  • Accepted evidence types:

Statement of Attendance / Completion 

  • Certificate must specify Dial Before you Dig training  

  • Certificate must contain the name of Training Organisation  

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

  • Must be clear and legible 

  • Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate

  • No expiry date is required to be recorded

 

Introduction to Concrete (Grey Card - B80) 

  • Applicants name shown on certificate/card must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)

  • Accepted evidence types:

    • B80 Bridgeworks Concrete Training Card (issued by TfNSW or RMS)

    • Interim certificate issued by an accredited TfNSW Grey Card trainer

  • Certificate/card must specify B80 – Introduction to concrete or B80 Bridgeworks Concreting Training or Bridgeworks Concreting – Specification B80

  • Certificate/card must contain the name of Training Organisation  

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

  • Must be clear and legible 

  • Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate/card 

  • Expiry Date:

    • For a TfNSW/RMS card: No expiry date is required

    • For an interim certificate: Expiry date is 60 days from date of issue

     

 

Introduction to Concrete (Grey Card - R82/R83) 

  • Applicants name shown on certificate/card must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)

  • Certificate/card must specify R82/R83 

  • Certificate/card must contain the name of Training Organisation  

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

  • Must be clear and legible 

  • Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate/card 

  • No expiry date is required to be recorded 

 

Demolition Licence 

  • Applicants name shown on licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)

  • To be issued by the relevant state authority: SafeWork / WorkSafe 

  • Demolition must be listed on licence 

  • Licence number must be shown on the document  

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

  • Must be clear and legible 

  • Issue date to recorded as issue date listed on licence 

  • Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on licence 

 

SafeWork NSW Demolition Licence

  • Applicants name shown on Licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

  • Licence must be issued by SafeWork NSW

  • Demolition licence (DE1) OR Restricted demolition licence (DE2) must be listed

  • Licence or paper licence/permit is accepted

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

  • Must be clear and legible

  • Issue and Expiry date to be recorded within Onsite as reflected on licence

 

SafeWork NSW Nominated Supervisor Licence

  • Applicants name shown on Licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

  • Licence must be issued by SafeWork NSW

  • Demolition Nominated Supervisor must be listed

  • Licence or paper licence/permit is accepted

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

  • Must be clear and legible

  • Issue and Expiry date to be recorded within Onsite as reflected on licence
