Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate document for Certificate I – Diploma level qualifications Note: Document / certificate number is preferred but not mandatory for Bachelors Degree / Associate Degree / Graduate Certificate / Masters / Doctoral qualifications Qualification attained must be listed on the document and align to the nominated competency and associated level in Onsite Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible
