Erosion and Sediment Control (Competency waiver)	A competency waiver is accepted for employees in States/Territories whereby Erosion and Sediment Control training (Blue Book / Green Card) is not mandatory Competency waiver must be completed on Gamuda form with all sections completed Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Competency Waiver must only be uploaded by a Gamuda or JV/Alliance Partner System Administrator Waiver must be checked and authorised by the Gamuda Corporate Training & Development team Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as authorisation date listed on Competency Waiver No expiry date is required to be recorded
