• Document provided must be Online Course – Silica awareness and Safety certificate of completion

• Approved training provider Silica awareness and safety – store.training.tafensw.edu.au.

• Certificate number must be displayed

• Completion date must be displayed

• Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted 

• Must be clear and legible 

• Issue date to be recorded as completion date

• No expiry date required  

SafeWork NSW Approved Silica Awareness Course (Gamuda verified RTO)

• Applicants name shown on documentation must match the applicants registered name in Onsite 

• Statement of attendance/certificate must be uploaded

• NSW Approved Silica Awareness course to be listed under training type / course name

• Must be issued by Gamuda verified training provider/s please see below approved list:

  • RTO Safety training (40992)

  • TCP Training (91118)

  • Creative Safety Initiatives (88216)

• Completion date must be displayed

• Black and white or colour copies of this document is acceptable

• Must be clear and legible
