Occupational SCUBA to 30m
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)

  • Evidence must show completion of Occupational SCUBA to 30M training

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

  • Must be clear and legible

  • Issue date to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate

Onshore Diving Supervisor - SCUBA to 30m

  • Evidence must show completion of Diving Supervision – Occupational SCUBA to 30m (Part 1)

Onshore Diving Supervisor - SSBA to 30m
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
