• Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)

• Recognised Training Organisation name to be displayed on document 

• Certificate must show competence in tow truck operations 

• Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate  

• Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

• Must be clear and legible 

• Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate 

Driver.Licence.General Boat Drivers Licence

• Name on Licence  / card to match the person registered

• Must be Marine Licence issued by Australian state government appointed authority

• Screenshot from Service NSW is accepted

• Issue date to be recorded as per licence

• Black and white or colour copy acceptable

• Issue Date = Date of Training Completion / Issue date  

• Expiry Date = As displayed on licence
