Professional Recognition – CPA	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Certificate must be issued by CPA accounting body and specify Certified Practicing Accountant Completion date or issue date must be displayed Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate

CPEng (Civil) CPEng (Electrical) CPEng (Mechanical)	Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent which has been formally assessed by Engineers Australia is required. National Engineering Register (NER) – Civil National Engineering Register (NER) – Electrical National Engineering Register (NER) – Mechanical	Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite A copy of membership card / certificate issued by Engineers Australia stating ‘National Engineering Register (NER)’ is required Evidence in the form of a certificate, membership card or a letter can be accepted and must show current registration Engineering discipline (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) must match the nominated competency in Onsite Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document Expiry date to be recorded as valid to date listed on certificate
