- Signed training contract is the ONLY acceptable evidence for this requirement
- Applicant (Apprentice / Trainee) name to be shown on documentation
- Applicant name on paperwork must match the name of the registered applicant in the system
- Contract must be signed by each of the following:
- Employer Representative
- Apprentice / Trainee
- Apprenticeship Network Provider

- Black and white or colour is acceptable
