Safety.Certificate of Competency.Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA)

  • Applicant's name to be shown on documentation and must match their name in Onsite (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)

  • Relevant Certificate of Competency or Certificate of Safety Training issued by Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) to be submitted

  • Must indicate completion of matching competency title

  • Issue Date: Date of completion

  • Expiry Date: As per evidence, otherwise 5 years from completion date

Marine.Licence.Marine Pilot Licence

  • Applicants name on the document must match name in the system (however shortened versions as ‘Chris’ or ‘Christopher’ are acceptable)

  • Must contain Licence/certificate number

Cape Lambert (CL)
Accepted forms of evidence include:

Dampier/Dampier Salt (DPR/DSL)
Accepted forms of evidence include:

 

  • Issue date – as per card/letter

  • Expiry Date:

    • Cape Lambert (CL) - as per card or 5 years from issue date

    • Dampier/Dampier Salt (DPR/DSL) - 50 year expiry

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Pilbara Port Authority ID

First and last name must match applicant's name in Onsite.
Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as:
"Chris" instead of "Christopher"
"Wil" instead of "William"

Shortened versions of last names are accepted, such as:
"Herrera" instead of "Herrera Trujillo"
"Mohd" instead of "Raza Hasan Mohd"

The following evidence can be accepted:

  • Pilbara Ports – Contractor Access Card

Issue date = 2 years prior to expiry

Expiry date = As shown on evidence
