Acceptable forms of evidence include: Internal certificate of completion Certificate of attendance Letter of confirmation from an external provider or written by the company Certificate demonstrating NACE Certified Coating Inspector with either: Level 1 OR Level 2 OR Level 3 also listed Applicant's name to be shown on documentation and must match their name in Onsite (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted) Must indicate completion of matching competency title	Issue Date = As per Document Expiry Date = None
NACE Coating Inspector Level 1	Applicants name to be shown on documentation Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted) Certificate will demonstrate: NACE Certified Coating Inspector with either: Level 1 OR Level 2 OR Level 3 also listed NACE International Institute logo will be displayed on evidence Black and white or colour is acceptable Scanned document to be clearly legible	Issue Date: to be entered as date of training completion Expiry Date: as displayed on certificate. If no expiry date then 3 years from issue date.
