Inspector.Certificate.AICIP Inspector Accreditation

  • Name on certificate to match the person registered

  • Must state AICIP or Senior AICIP

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue Date: Date of completion/renewal

  • Expiry Date: As per evidence, otherwise 5 years from completion date

 

Inspector.Certificate.API510 Pressure Vessel Inspector

  • Name on certificate to match the person registered

  • Must state API510 Pressure Vessel Inspector

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue Date: Date of completion/renewal

  • Expiry Date: As per evidence, otherwise 3 years from completion date

 

Inspector.Certificate.NACE Coating Inspector Program certification

  • These competencies are non-accredited training/instruction and are not a nationally recognised qualification, statement of attainment, or licence.

  • Acceptable forms of evidence include:

    • Internal certificate of completion

    • Certificate of attendance

    • Letter of confirmation from an external provider or written by the company

    • Certificate demonstrating NACE Certified Coating Inspector with either: Level 1 OR Level 2 OR Level 3 also listed

    • Certificate demonstrating AMPP Certified Coating Inspector

  • Applicant's name to be shown on documentation and must match their name in Onsite (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)

  • Must indicate completion of matching competency title

  • Issue Date = As per Document

  • Expiry Date = None

NACE Coating Inspector Level 1

  • Applicants name to be shown on documentation

  • Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)

  • Certificate will demonstrate either:

    • NACE Certified Coating Inspector with either: Level 1 OR Level 2 OR Level 3 also listed OR

    • AMPP Certified Coating Inspector

  • NACE International Institute logo will be displayed on evidence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

  • Issue Date: to be entered as date of training completion

  • Expiry Date: as displayed on certificate. 

  • If no expiry date then 3 years from issue date.
