  • Applicants name on the document must match name in the system (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

  • Evidence will show recognition of Non Destructive Testing with 'Level 1' being explicitly nominated.

  • Evidence must be issued by either AINDT, BINDT, PCN or TCS NDT

  • Evidence issued by SAIW is also accepted however the Supplier must be NATA accredited and provide NATA certification with evidence (screenshot from NATA accepted)
