Rope.Qualification.IRATA level 1 accreditation
Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
Certificate or Licence/Card acceptable
Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
An IRATA issued certificate, Certificate in Competence card or IRATA Rope Access Technician Verified Certification Report is acceptable providing the Level on the certificate/card matches the level of the competency or higher
An IRATA Assessment form can be accepted for a period of 60 days from assessment date
An IRATA Assessment Summary can be accepted for a period of 60 days from assessment date
An IRATA Technician Verification Tool Screenshot can be accepted for a period of 90 days ( only the last name will be displayed but this will be accepted in this instance)
Documentation must show level 1 accreditation or higher
Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion
Expiry date to be entered as indicated on the evidence, or 3 years from the issue date if no expiry date is provided (temporary document only valid for 60 days and will say that at the bottom of the document)
