• Certificate or Licence/Card acceptable
• Must be Issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
• An IRATA issued certificate or Certificate in Competence card is acceptable providing the Level on the certificate/card matches the level of the competency or higher
• Documentation must show level 1 accreditation or higher
• Black and white or colour is acceptable
• Scanned document to be clearly legible
