Asbestos Removal – Remove friable asbestos (CPCCDE3015A); OR
Asbestos Removal - Supervise asbestos removal (CPCCBC4051A) to be listed on certificate / card
Accepted types of certificates are:
Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
Issue Date = Date of completion
Expiry Date = 50 years from issue date

Applicants name must match the name in Onsite. (Shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
Asbestos Removal - Supervise asbestos removal (CPCCBC4051A) to be listed on certificate / card
Asbestos Removal - Remove non-friable asbestos (CPCCDE3014A) to be listed on certificate / card
CPCCBC4051A - Supervise asbestos removal is also accepted as meeting the requirements for remove non-friable asbestos
Accepted types of certificates are:
Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

Hazardous Substances.Certificate.Hazardous Chemicals related Inspector/Assessor Certification (5yrs validity)
Applicants name to be shown on documentation
Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted)
Accepted forms of evidence can be (but not limited to) any of the following:
Black and white or colour is acceptable
Scanned document to be clearly legible
