• Name on certificate to match the person registered

• Certificate III in ESI Power Systems to be listed

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

Issue Date = Date of completion
Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered

Operator.Qualified.Cabling Licence Open S (structural), O (optical) , C (co-axial), U (uground), A (aerial), T (test)

• First and last name must match applicant's name in Onsite.

• Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as:

"Chris" instead of "Christopher"

"Wil" instead of "William"

• Shortened versions of last names are accepted, such as:

"Herrera" instead of "Herrera Trujillo"

"Mohd" instead of "Raza Hasan Mohd"

• Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

• Licence or certificate accepted

• Minimum of 'open' level

• Registration must be issued either by:

  • Australian Cabler Registration Service (ACRS)

  • Australian Communications Media Authority (ACMA)

  • Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL)

  • BICSI Registered Cablers Australia Pty Ltd)

  • Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia)

  • TITAB Australia Cabler Registry Service (TITAB ACRS)

The expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date of expiry shown on the licence
