Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as:

Shortened versions of last names are accepted, such as:

Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
Licence or certificate accepted
Minimum of 'open' level
Registration must be issued either by:
- Australian Cabler Registration Service (ACRS)
- Australian Communications Media Authority (ACMA)
- Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL)
- BICSI Registered Cablers Australia Pty Ltd)
- Fire Protection Association Australia (FPA Australia)
- TITAB Australia Cabler Registry Service (TITAB ACRS)

The expiry date in Onsite should be recorded as the date of expiry shown on the licence
