Air-conditioning.Certificate III.Trade Certificate

  • Name on certificate to match the person registered

  • Certificate III in Air-conditining to be listed

  • Black and white or colour acceptable

  • Must be clearly scanned and legible

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered

 

Air-conditioning.Certificate.Mechanical Refrigeration

  • Name on certificate to match the person registered

  • Certificate in Air-conditining Mehanical Refrigeration to be listed

  • Black and white or colour acceptable

  • Must be clearly scanned and legible

  • Issue Date = Date of completion

  • Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered

 

Mechanical.Qualified.Air Conditioning Qualificaton 

  • Name on certificate to match the person registered

  • Certificate in Air conditioning to be listed

  • Black and white or colour acceptable

  • Must be clearly scanned and legible

Air-conditioning & Refrigeration.Licence.NSW Airconditioning, Refrigeration Contractor

When a Licence is uploaded:  

  • Applicants name shown on Contractor Licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite 

  • Licence must be issued by NSW Fair Trading 

  • Contractor Licence number and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration class must be listed on Contractor licence 

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

  • Must be clear and legible 

 
When an invoice is uploaded for a new or recently renewed Contractor Licence: 

  • Applicants name shown on invoice must match the applicants registered name in Onsite 

  • Contractor Licence number and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration class must be listed on invoice 

  • Date of receipt to be displayed on the invoice 

  • Must be issued by NSW Fair Trading 

  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

  • Must be clear and legible 

NOTE: A digital copy of the supervisor/contractor licence via the Service NSW App is acceptable

When Licence is uploaded: 
Expiry date = The date of expiration listed on licence 
 
When Invoice is uploaded: 
Four [4] weeks from the date of renewal
