Plumber.Certificate III.Plumbing (Mechanical Services)

• Name on certificate to match the person registered

• Certificate III.Plumbing (Mechanical Services) to be listed

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Issue Date = Date of completion

• Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered

Plumber.Certificate.Plumbing Trade

• Name on certificate to match the person registered

• Certificate in Air-conditining Mehanical Refrigeration to be listed

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Issue Date = Date of completion

• Expiry Date = No expiry date to be entered

• Name on certificate or card to match the person registered

• Certificate or proficiency, Trade Certificate or Licence in Plumber Trade qualification to be listed

• Supervisors Trade is accepted

• International trade qualifications are not accepted for this competency

• Issue Date = Date of completion

When a Licence is uploaded:  

• Applicants name shown on Contractor Licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite 

• Licence must be issued by NSW Fair Trading 

• Contractor Licence number and Plumbing, Draining, Gas Fitting class must be listed on Contractor licence 

• Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

• Must be clear and legible 

 
When an invoice is uploaded for a new or recently renewed Contractor Licence: 

• Applicants name shown on invoice must match the applicants registered name in Onsite 

• Plumber, Drainer, Gas Fitter to be listed on receipt  

• Date of receipt to be displayed on the invoice 

• Contractor/Licence number to be displayed on document 

• Must be issued by NSW Fair Trading 

• Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

• Must be clear and legible 

NOTE: A digital copy of the supervisor/contractor licence via the Service NSW App is acceptable

When Licence is uploaded: 
Expiry date = The date of expiration listed on licence 
 
When Invoice is uploaded: 
Four [4] weeks from the date of renewal  

Tradesperson.Licence.NSW Supervisor Licence - Plumbing, Draining, Gas Fitting

When Licence is uploaded: 

• Evidence for this competency is a Supervisor Certificate issued by NSW Fair Trading 

• Applicants name displayed on licence must match applicants registered name 

• Supervisor Certificate number and Plumbing, Draining, Gas Fitting class must be listed on Supervisor Certificate 

• Black and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted 

 
When an Invoice/receipt is uploaded (for new or recently renewed Supervisor Certificate): 

• Applicants name displayed on invoice must match applicants registered name 

• Evidence for this competency is an invoice/receipt issued by NSW Fair Trading  

• Supervisor Certificate number and Plumber, Drainer, Gas Fitter class must be specified on invoice 

• Date of renewal must be displayed on invoice 

• Black and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted 

• Must be clear and legible 

NOTE: A digital copy of the supervisor licence via the Service NSW App is acceptable

When Licence is uploaded: 
Expiry date = The date of expiration listed on licence 
 
When Invoice is uploaded:
