VIC licence (see attached example) can be accepted in lieu of NSW licence: Licence is accepted by NSW Fair Trading and is equivalent to a NSW supervisor certificate under the Home Building Act 1989 authorising a person to do electrical work without supervision.

QLD licence can also be accepted in lieu of NSW licence.
