MACH Energy Business Rules | Proof of ID

• Name on the ID to match the person registered

• Must be an Australian or South African Government issued document e.g. Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of age card displaying a photo

• Paper copy of receipt for newly issued drivers licence can be accepted

• Works Release can be accepted (see example doc)

• Must be current

• If there is a date of birth shown on the document this should match the date of birth that's registered for the applicant in Onsite

• Front of licence or 18+ card to be uploaded

• Only colour acceptable

• Must be legible

Screenshot of digital drivers licence for NSW is an accepted form of evidence providing the following information is displayed in the screenshot:

• Clear photo of the applicant

• Applicants first and last name

• Date of Birth

• Licence Number

• Expiry date

• Matching licence class must be displayed

For Government Issues Proof of ID:

• Expiration date needs to be recorded for this competency in Onsite as it has been shown on the document

For the Receipt of New Drivers Licences

• Issue Date = Date of application submission

• Expiry Date = 30 days from issue date

For the Works Release:

• Issue Date = Date of submission

• Expiry Date = 2 Years from issue date

• Full Name: Must match the person registered

• DOB: Must match the person registered

• Workplace Name: Must match the company entered under
