Generic.Induction.Standard 11	Exemption documents are accepted for Yancoal Cameby Downs only: File must be the Pote Exemption Authorisation Form (Example attached) All fields must be filled in Exemption approval must be from the SSE or delegate	Issue Date = Date of completion Expiry Date = If Statement of Attainment, Expiry Date = 5 years from Issue Date If Statement of Completion (Yarrabee and Cameby Downs sites only), Expiry Date = 6 months from Issue Date
