Welder/Boilermaker.-.AS2214 Certification	Name on certificate to match Welder AS2214 to be listed Issued by an RTO / Nationally Recognised Training logo No expiry Black and white or colour is acceptable Certificate of proficiency Engineering Fabrication Trade or Cert III in Engineering Fabrication trade	Issue date to be recorded
Welder/Boliermaker – AS1554 certification	Name on certificate / welder qualification record to match Issued by an RTO (Nationally recognised training logo) OR AS2214 accredited welding supervisor OR NATA accredited test facility AS1554 to be listed - weld test pieces qualified to a minimum standard of AS1554.1 Cl.4.12 for SP class welding processes for: i. 16mm OR 20mm plate sections ii. Weld types of Butt, Fillet iii. Weld positions of horizontal, vertical iv.
