Yancoal Business Rules | Proof of ID

• Name on the document to match the registered person
• Worker must be over the age of 16 years
• Copy must be clear and legible
• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• The Proof of Identity must be an Australian State or Federal Issued Proof of Identity.

• Must be photo ID

• If the form of ID is foreign / international, it will need to be sent to site for approval 

• Expired identification that is within the last 2 years can be accepted for Proof of ID only

  
  

  Examples include:

• Drivers Licences

• Passports

• Proof of Identity cards etc.

Digital Drivers Licence will be accepted for Proof of ID purposes only

Screenshot or copy of the NSW Digital Driver Licence will not be accepted unless they clearly display all the information provided by the licence.

Two copies or screenshots may be necessary to capture the full licence.
