Driver.Govt Licence/Authority.Class C	Name on Licence to match the person registered Class ‘C’ - Car to be listed Duration as per licence Black and white or colour is acceptable Must be RTA/ RMS licence NOTE: Interim or temporary licences can also be accepted for the period of time that is specified on this paperwork until the physical card arrives The physical card licence copy must be uploaded - Yancoal will not accept digital drivers licences For a screen shot of the Digital Drivers Licence to be accepted the digital licence must be sighted by a Yancoal employee on the personnel’s phone with the verified copy signed and dated prior to evidence uploaded.
