Pest Control.Certificate of Competency.Pest Management

• Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

• A certificate showing Pest Management must be uploaded

• A Pest Management Licence can also be accepted

• Will accept NSW pesticide licence

•   Record issue and expiry date as shown on the document
