- Must have 'Full Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning' or RAC01 to be listed
- Note – Trainee Refrigeration and Airconditioning licence may be accepted for apprentices and trainees with TL000 listed
- Duration as shown on licence
- Must be issued by Arc Tick with corresponding logo shown on licence
- Black and white or colour is acceptable
- Scanned document to be clearly legible

External.EXT104.Restricted Electrical Work Licence - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning | - Name on licence to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)
- Licence must be issued by an Australian State Government Authority
- Licence must indicate that it relates to RESTRICTED Electrical work and show an indication for Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Both sides (front and back) of the licence must be included within the uploaded file
- Scanned document to be clearly legible
