• If you are required to act as a Yara Job Owner then you are required to complete this competency.
• This competency is delivered by classroom method at Yara Pilbara's site.
• This training must be completed PRIOR to becoming a Yara Job Owner
• Note: Yara.Site.INT037.Job Owner Authorisation is required in addition to this training.
• Yara Pilbara will record this competency against the relevent workers profile

• All assessment pages within upload
• Yara Pilbara Training Assessment with matching internal course competency and code
• Participant Details to match applicants profile
• Note: Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as: "Chris" instead of "Christopher" & "Wil" instead of "William". 
• Note: If the name is not clear or cannot be confirmed the Yara ID number &/or Company Name may be used to verify identity
• Applicant's signature and signed date
• Authorised Assessor's complete name and signature and date
• Must show that the person is deemed competent 

Exemption Process:

An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Please click here for the template and business rules.

Issue date = Use the date of assessment

• Note: Successful compeltion of Yara Site.INT009.Job Owner is a pre-requsisite for this competency
• This competency must be approved by the relevent Yara Management PRIOR to becoming an authorised Yara Job Owner

• This training must be completed PRIOR to applying to become a Yara Job Owner.

• Note: Yara.Site.INT037.Job Owner Authorisation is required in addition to this training.

• Yara Pilbara will record this competency against the relevent workers profile

• Form submitted shall be the Contractor Job Owner Authorisation form [HESQ-YP-FRM-062-08]
• Participant Details to match applicants profile.
• Note: Shortened versions of first names are accepted, such as: "Chris" instead of "Christopher" & "Wil" instead of "William“
• Note: if the name is not clear or cannot be confirmed the Yara ID number &/or Company Name or other available details may be used to verify identity
• Training department representative name, date and signature
• Yara Responsible name, date and signature
• Contract Owner name, date and signature
• Department Manager name, date and signature
