External.EXT101.Non-Destructive Testing - Level 2 NDT practitioner 

  • Name on certificate to match person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

  • Evidence will show recognition of  MEMSS00002 Non Destructive Testing  with 'Level 2' being explicitly nominated.

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

  • Issue date to be entered

  • Expiry date is not required

 

Site.Certificate.ISO 9712:1999 - Non-destructive testing

  • Name on certificate to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

  • Certificate to show recognition of Non-Destructive Testing (also referred to as ISO 9712) with 'Level 1' being explicitly nominated.

  • Evidence must be issued by either AINDT or PCN

  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

 

Exemption Process:

An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Please click here for the template and business rules.

  • Name on certificate to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

  • Certificate of Completion to show completion of Materials Technology

  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

  • Certificate to be issued from Australian Institute of Non Destructive Testing (AINDT) or other Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

 

  • Issue Date to be entered as date of test completion

 

External.EXT120.Liquid Penetrant Testing Level 2

  • Name on certificate to match the person registered (however shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

  • Certificate of Completion to show completion of Liquid Penetrant Testing Level 2

  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

  • Certificate to be issued from Australian Institute of Non Destructive Testing (AINDT) or other Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

  • Issue Date to be entered as date of test completion
