Yara eLearning.ELE004.Yara Ammonia Pipeline Corridor & Jetty Essentials

This competency must be completed PRIOR to accessing the corridor or jetty area. Refer to your supervisor or Yara responsible person if you require this training

  • Participant details to match applicant

  • Status must be 'Passed'

For a 6 month transition period Yara Pilbara will accept the following as evidence of training completed prior to May 2023

1. Shall be on Yara issued
2. Course Code and Title to match 
3. Participant details to match applicant
4. Company must match applicant registered company
5. Issue date: Use date of issue
6. Expire date: 2 years from issue date

 

Exemption Process:

An exemption may be granted for a training competency requirement listed in the Training Matrices for an employee or contractor. Exemptions shall be applied only after careful consideration and risk assessment. Please click here for the template and business rules.

  • Issue date = Use the date of completion / pass
    Expiry date = 2 years from issue

This competency may be completed after commencement of employment but PRIOR to working with a Permit

  • Must be Issued by WA Govt Tafe or RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo

  • Course title to be listed on certificate 'Supervised Gasfitter'

  • Completion date or issue date must be displayed

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Scanned document to be clearly legible

  • Must be issued by the relevant states Government appointed organisation - logo must be present

  • Must be a WA issued licence
