This competency is required for all VISITORS PRIOR to accessing site for the first time

This competency is required for TAN CARRIER DRIVERS PRIOR to accessing site for the first time

For a 6 month transition period Yara Pilbara will accept the following as evidence of training completed prior to May 2023

1. Shall be on Yara issued
2. Course Code and Title to match 
3. Participant details to match applicant
4. Company must match applicant registered company
5. Issue date: Use date of issue
6. Expire date: 6 months from issue date

 

Yara Pilbara will also accept placeholder certificates for Yara eLearning.ELE001.Yara Induction & Yara eLearning.ELE002.Yara TAN Plant Induction for TAN Carriers. Note: Placeholders for both Yara Induction and Yara TAN Plant Induction are required for acceptance. Expiry Date to be entered as the earliest date of expiry for either induction.

  • An OHS Construction induction card from Australian state Government/Worksafe. Only the front side of this card is required to be uploaded

  • A confirmation letter or form that shows evidence of having ordered a replacement card issued by the Government/Worksafe will be accepted

  • The Digital version of the NSW White Card can be accepted

  • A database extract for Construction White Card
