• Name on Licence/Certificate to match the person registered (However shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)

• Must be issued by International Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA)

• Level 3 must be stated on license 

• Black and white or coloured copies can be accepted

• Scanned document to be clearly legible

• Front and back must be displayed

• *Interim certificates or cards accepted acceptable for validity specified on document

• Issue date : As displayed on the access card

• Expiry date: As displayed on the access card (3 year expiry)
