Confined Space.Awareness.Confined Space Awareness	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.) Recognised Training Organisation name to be displayed on document Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Certificate will show completion of confined space awareness Document / Certificate Number must be shown on the certificate Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted Must be clear and legible NOTE: No unit code is required to be displayed on certificate	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on certificate No expiry date for this competency
Authorised Gas Tester (AGT)	Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
