Engineering.Accreditation.National Engineering Register (NER) – Civil	Applicants name shown on document must match the applicants registered name in Onsite A copy of membership card / certificate issued by Engineers Australia stating ‘National Engineering Register (NER)’ is required Evidence in the form of a certificate, membership card or a letter can be accepted and must show current registration Engineering discipline (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) must match the nominated competency in Onsite Black and white or colour copies of this document is accepted Must be clear and legible	Date of completion to be recorded as issue date listed on document Expiry date to be recorded as valid to date listed on certificate
