Dangerous Goods.Licence.Dangerous Goods Security Card

• Applicants name shown on licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

• Dangerous Goods must be listed on licence 

• Must be issued by State Government body 

• Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

• Must be clear and legible

• Issue date to recorded as issue date listed on licence

• Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on licence 

Security.Licence.Class 1

• Applicants name shown on the licence must match the applicants registered name in Onsite 

• Security licence with class 1 (and any corresponding letter combination) is required 

• Must be issued by relevant Australian State Government appointed issuing authority 

• Expiry date to be listed 

• Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 

• Must be clear and legible 

• Issued Date: not required

• Expiry date to be recorded as expiry date listed on licence
