Building & Construction.Certificate.Advanced RTW Coordinator Certificate
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
  • Advanced Return to Work Coordination to be listed on certificate  
  • Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) 
  • Accepted evidence types are:

Certificate/Statement of Completion 
Certificate/Statement of Attendance 

  • Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate  
  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 
  • Must be clear and legible 
  • Issue date to recorded as issue date listed on certificate 
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded  

Building & Construction.Certificate.RTW Coordinator Certificate
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite

Building & Construction.Certificate.State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) RTW Coordinator e-Learning Certificate
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
    (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
  • There are 13 modules that must be completed.  Training listed on certificate/s must state all 13 modules listed below:
  1. The NSA workers compensation system
  2. What employers need to know
  3. Understanding the role of the insurer
  4. Working with the support team
  5. Return to work program
  6. Tailoring a return to work program
  7. Recover at work planning
  8. Developing a recover at work plan
  9. Recover at work communication
  10. Understanding the claims process
  11. Worker entitlements – weekly payments
  12. Worker entitlements – other entitlements
  13. When things don’t go to plan
  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted 
  • Must be clear and legible 
 
NOTE: The SIRA approved 2-day, face-to-face, Introduction to Return to Work Coordination Course, was withdrawn on the 31st of May 2019 and replaced by 13 self-paced modules 
  • Issue date to recorded as issue date listed on certificate 
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded 

Human Resources.Tertiary Qualification.Australian HR Institute Professional Membership
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite
  • Certificate must be issued by Australian HR Institute (AHRI) and specify Professional Member (MAHRI)
  • Membership date must be displayed on certificate
  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
  • Must be clear and legible
  • Membership date listed on document to be recorded as issue date in Onsite
  • No expiry date is required to be recorded
