Electrical.Certificate.High Voltage - HV Switching
  • Applicants name shown on certificate must match the applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' OR ‘Dave’ for ‘John Dave’ are accepted.)
  • Statement of Attainment issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to be provided
  • High Voltage Switching to be listed on certificate
  • Document / Certificate Number must be recorded on certificate
  • Black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted
  • Must be clear and legible

NOTE: Electrical licence cannot be accepted

  • Issue date to recorded as issue date listed on certificate
  • Expiry Date: 2 years from the date of issue

Above mentioned expiry date may change or be updated in accordance with the Project Safety Management System


Electrical.Certificate.EEHA (Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas)
  • Name on certificate to match the person registered
  • Statement of Attainment to contain the following units as a minimum:
    • UEENEEM043A or UEEHA0001 or UEEHA0020 - Conduct detailed inspection of electrical installations for hazardous areas
    • UEENEEM042A or UEEHA0002 or UEEHA0038 - Conduct visual and close inspection of electrical installations for hazardous areas
    • UEENEEM080A or UEEHA0003 or UEEHA0022 - Determine the explosion-protection requirements to meet a specified classified hazardous area
    • UEENEEM038A AND UEENEEM019A or UEEHA0004 - Enter a classified hazardous area to undertake work related to electrical equipment
    • UEENEEM027A or UEEHA0006 or UEEHA0026 - Maintain equipment associated with hazardous areas
    • UEENEEM023A or UEEHA0005 or UEEHA0025 - Install explosion-protected equipment and associated apparatus and wiring systems
    • UEEHA0007 or UEEHA0029 Plan electrical installations for hazardous areas

Advantage add on:

    •  UEENEEE009B or UEECD0011 Comply with scheduled and preventative maintenance program processes
    •  UEENEEC001B or UEECO0002 Maintain documentation

OR

    • Full qualification – UEE42622 Cert IV Hazardous Areas Electrical


  • Must be issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Scanned document to be clearly legible
  • Issue Date = date achieved
  • Refresher Due Date = 3 Years from issue date

UEECD0007 Apply work health and safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace
  • Name on document to match the applicants name
  • The required evidence is evidence of the Health & Safety Representative course
  • Black and white or coloured copy can be accepted
  • UEECD0007 Apply work health and safety regulations, codes and practices in the workplace
  • Issue date to be recorded
  • Refresher due within 2 years of issue date

UETDRRF007 - Perform rescue from a live LV panel
  • Name on document to match the applicants name
  • The required evidence is evidence of the Health & Safety Representative course
  • Black and white or coloured copy can be accepted
  • UETDRRF007 - Perform rescue from a live LV panel
  • Issue date to be recorded
  • Refresher due within 12 months of issue date
