Operator.Licence.Mobile Plant Operator - High Risk Workcover Licence

  • Name on Licence to match the person registered

  • A High Risk Work Licence must be uploaded

  • The following can also be accepted in lieu of HRWL:

    • A digital HRWL or digital extract

    • If licence has not yet been received by applicant, a temporary document titled 'Notice of Assessment' can be accepted for a period of 60 days from the completion date

    • A letter from the issuing organisation may also be accepted as a temporary document for one month from the issue date on the letter
