Rail Course Aurizon Responsible Worker Training

• Applicants name to be shown

• Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher)

• Course title will show: Aurizon Responsible Worker Training

• This competency must be issued by Aurizon for employees and contractors

• A copy of the verification form is required for both employees and contractors

• No expiry date

• Issue date = Date of verification as shown on form

• Expiry date = no expiry

Rail Course Aurizon Responsible Worker Training - Standard 1.2

When Aurizon Network Rail Corridor Safety Standard (RCSS Upskilling v1.1 or v1.2) certificate is uploaded

• Applicant must have existing optional “Rail Course Aurizon Responsible Worker Training” competency uploaded with issue date prior to 31 Jan 2022. (existing reference optional competencies)

-       Applicants name to be shown

• Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher)

When Aurizon Delivery Verification Form is Uploaded

• Applicant must have existing optional “Rail Course Aurizon Responsible Worker Training” competency uploaded with issue date prior to 31 Jan 2022. (existing reference optional competencies)

• Delivery form must contain “Changes to the responsible Worker Course”

-       Applicants name to be shown

• Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher )

• Applicant “Rail Safety Worker Number” must match applicant

• If name is not readable and Rail Safety Worker Number matches then this is also accepted.

When “Aurizon’s Responsible Worker Training Course” certificate is uploaded
