• Applicants name must be shown on the evidence and must match registered name in the system (However shortened versions of first names such as ‘Chris’ for ‘Christopher’ are acceptable.

• Uploaded evidence must be an Aurizon issued Certificate of Completion

• Must state completion of Land Access Protocol

• Record issue and expiry date as shown on the evidence
