Citizen) An Aurizon issued Authority to Work CAT 3 Driver on the Aurizon Network Contractor Card is required for this competency. The back side of the card must be fully completed Aurizon Testing Officer Service, Signature and Service Number must be shown	The competency expires every 3 years (36 months) and must be as recorded as per the card
