Accepted forms of evidence

• If a Familiarization is provided:

  • Familiarization must include a list of assessed activities inclusive of pre-operation, operation and shut down stages of plant usage and knowledge of safety features
  • Must include Applicants experience in operating machine

• If a letter is provided:
  • Letter must be issued by the Company on Company Letterhead
  • The competency must be indicated on the Letter as it is shown in this role title of the selected role on the data application
  • Must include a list of assessed activities inclusive of pre-operation, operation and shut down stages of plant usage and knowledge of safety features
  • Must include Applicants experience in operating machine

• Non-accredited training records, which may include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Yellow Card for an EWP (SL, BL)

  • Company issued Operator Ticket
