Training.Statement of Attainment.Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

• Must include reference to “Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)”

• Must be issued by an RTO with Nationally Recognised Training logo

• Expiry Date: Issue date + 1 Year

Training.Statement of Attainment. Provide Basic Emergency Life Support.

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

• Statement of Attainment (or card showing statement of attainment unit of competency) is required to be uploaded showing the relevant unit.

• The unit of competence should show Provide Basic Emergency Life Support

• Any Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with this unit of competency on scope can issue the qualification.

• Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

• Issue Date = Date of Completion

• Expiry Date = Issue date + 3 Years
