Operator.Licence.Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Licence

  • Name on licence must match name in system

  • Licence type to be one of the below as per ARC Qualified Person’s Licences;

    • RAC01

    • AAC02

    • RSS03

    • RDR04

  • Duration as shown on licence

  • Must be issued by Australian State Government Authority with corresponding logo shown on licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Only licence accepted, cannot be a screen shot from the website

  • Approval letter "Application for a Refrigerant Handling Licence" can be accepted as an interim document pending the 'Decision" is granted.

  • Issue date to be recorded if shown on licence

  • Expiry date as per licence

  • Approval Letter = 36 months

Operator.Licence.Asbestos Removal Licence

  • Name must match the person’s employer registered in the system

  • For asbestos removal:
    Asbestos Removal Licence ((Class A (friable) or Class B (non friable)) is to be uploaded

  • Must be issued by Work Cover

  • Duration as per licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue  date to be recorded if shown on licence

  • Expiry date as per licence

Operator.Licence.Building Licence

  • Name on licence must match the cardholders registered name in Onsite

  • Must be building contractors card / licence (we cannot accept screenshots of websites)

  • Needs to be current

  • Must show relevant government authority logo

  • Duration as per licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue date to be recorded if shown on licence

  • Expiry date as per licence

Operator.Licence.Electrical Contractors Licence

  • Name on licence must match the cardholders registered name in Onsite

  • Must be Electrical contractors card / Licence (we cannot accept screenshots of websites)

  • Supervisors licence showing Q is acceptable

  • Needs to be current

  • Must show relevant government authority logo

  • Duration as per licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue date to be recorded if shown on licence

  • Expiry date as per licence

 

Operator.Licence.Plumbing Contractors Licence

  • Name on licence must match the cardholders registered name in Onsite

  • Must be Plumbing contractors card / Licence (we cannot accept screenshots of websites)

  • Needs to be current

  • Must show relevant government authority logo

  • Duration as per licence

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

  • Issue date to be recorded if shown on licence

  • Expiry date as per licence

 

Operator.Licence.Security Licence

  • Name on licence must match the companies name in the system or the name of a contractor representing the company 

  • Needs to be current 

NSW

  • NSW Class 1 or Class 2 to be listed

  • Must have NSW Police Force Logo

  • Can be in the form of a licence card or certificate of licence

  • Issue date to be recorded if shown on licence

  • Expiry date as per licence

 

Shotfirer.Licence.Security Clearance Unsupervised Handling

  • Name on licence must match Authorisation Type

  • Must be issued by Safework NSW

  • Security Clearance to handle explosives and / or security sensitive dangerous substance under a valid NSW explosives licence must be listed

  • Issue date to be recorded if shown on licence

  • Expiry date as per licence

 

Shotfirer.Licence.Shotfirer Licence

  • Name on Licence to match

  • Must be current

  • Must be issued by state authority

  • Front and back of licence to be uploaded

  • Black and white or colour is acceptable

Acceptable form[s] of evidence include:

  • Safework NSW EXPLOSIVES LICENCE; Blasting Explosives Users Lience

  • QLD Government Shortfirer Licence

Must include Type: Open Cut (Metalliferous & Coal)- Above Ground        

Not Acceptable form[s] of evidence include:

  • Safework NSW SECURITY CLEARANCE licence to handle explosives and or security sensitive dangerous substances

  • Issue date to be recorded if shown on licence

  • Expiry date as per licence

 

Licence.Govt Licence/Authority.NSW Firearm Licence (Class A and B)

  • Name of applicant on the Licence must match the registered person

  • The required evidence will show 'Firearms Licence/Permit' as title of evidence

  • Class A,B to be displayed

  • Firearms Licence will be issued by Australian Government appointed authority

  • Copy must be clear and legible

  • Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

  • Issue Date = Only required to be entered if there is an issue date displayed on the evidence

  • Expiry Date = Only required to be entered if there is an expiry date displayed on the evidence
