• Name on licence to match the person

• Must include photograph

• Date of birth to match person

• Competency to match class indicated on licence

• Australian Licences only - international licences are not accepted.

Digital Drivers Licence:

When submitting a digital drivers licence from the Service NSW OR QLD digital drivers licence app, screenshots of the full licence must be submitted to ensure that all information is provided:

• Clear photo of the applicant

• Applicants first and last name

• Licence Number

• Expiry date

• Date of Birth

• Matching licence class must be displayed

• Address

• Card Number

Temporary Licence or Drivers Licence Payment Receipt issued from a Government Authority can be accepted for 30 days from date of issue.
