(existing reference optional competencies)

When Aurizon Delivery Verification Form is Uploaded - Applicant must have existing optional “Rail Course Aurizon Responsible Worker Training” competency uploaded with issue date prior to 31 Jan 2022. (existing reference optional competencies)
- Delivery form must contain “Changes to the responsible Worker Course”
- Applicants name to be shown - Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher )
- Applicant “Rail Safety Worker Number” must match applicant
- If name is not readable and Rail Safety Worker Number matches then this is also accepted.
When “Aurizon’s Responsible Worker Training Course” certificate is uploaded - Issue date must be 31st Jan 2022 or greater
- Applicants name to be shown
- Applicants name must match what is shown in Onsite (However shortened versions of names are accepted EG Chris for Christopher)
- This competency must be issued by Aurizon for employees and contractors
