All aircrew (including AusNet Services personnel nominated on the flight manifest as crew) flying for AusNet Services should have undergone Crew Resource Management (CRM) or Threat and Error Management training at intervals not exceeding two years. In the case of single pilot operated aircraft, completion of Aircrew Decision Making (ADM) course or a suitable Threat and Error Management course will be acceptable.
